We want you to be completely happy with your Avoir Eyewear purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging (case, cloth, box)
  • Not damaged or altered

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@avoireyewear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different style or colour, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at hello@avoireyewear.com to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@avoireyewear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
