Shipping policy

Australian Orders Allow 1–2 business days processing. Delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders Allow 1–2 business days processing. Delivery within 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD Australia-wide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.

Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
