Orders: By placing an order you confirm you are 18+, your information is accurate, and you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are in AUD. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property: All content on this site is owned by Avoir Eyewear and cannot be reproduced without permission.

Consumer rights: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent legislation in your country.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
