Refund policy

We want you to love your Avoir frames. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns: You may return unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@avoireyewear.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Exchanges: We'll exchange for a different style or colour subject to availability.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty or incorrect item and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

International returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Australian Consumer Law: Our policy does not limit your statutory rights.
