2. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and accepted third-party processors. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Please refer to our Shipping page for current estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Avoir frames. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility and instructions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, copy, branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to Avoir Eyewear and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Avoir Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
8. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
